The Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB) will host an interactive discussion to solicit ideas and suggestions from State Title V Directors, MCH leaders, family partners and other MCH stakeholders on updates to the Title V MCH Block Grant Application/Annual Report Guidance. Three workgroups have been formed to examine specific sections of the Guidance: Children and Youth with Special Heath Care Needs and Family - Professional Partnership; the Performance Measure framework; and the Application/Annual Report Guidance and Forms. MCHB representatives will share the preliminary recommendations put forth by each of the workgroups as a starting point for discussion and audience reaction.
