A3-Fostering Innovation and Collaboration - BreakOut Excercise
The Adolescent and Young Adult Health CoIIN propelled a cohort of Title V Programs to build their capacity around fostering new and expanding existing partnerships across public health and clinical care systems to advance the well-being of AYAs. Participants will have the opportunity to hear from CoIIN team members on activities related to variety of factors influencing AYA health care access and quality, including youth engagement/leadership, workforce development, confidentiality policies and practices, promotion of the well-visit, improvements in the clinical setting, alignment with best practices on youth-centered care, and strategic partnership development. Through small group discussions and hands-on activities, participants will learn how to apply QI strategies to their own work and develop action steps to improve AYA health care access and quality in their states/communities.
