This presentation will review and highlight results and analyses of the 2015-2016 Title V CYSHCN Program Profile, a national assessment of Title V CYSHCN Programs. Forty-seven states and one territory responded to the assessment, providing responses to questions never collected on a national scale. This session will illuminate the distinct qualities, strengths, and challenges that together represent the uniqueness of Title V CYSHCN programs and the dedicated leaders serving them.
