Dr. Somava Stout will talk about why we must address inequity if we are to improve health and wellbeing outcomes in the country. She will describe how organizations across the country are advancing equity as part of their price of admission in 100 Million Healthier Lives, a global movement across hundreds of communities who have decided to come together to achieve breakthrough results in health, wellbeing and equity. She will share stories and concrete strategies for how attendees can implement equity efforts within their own states and communities in a way that grows the contributions of people with lived experience and offer a model of community transformation, Communities of Solution, that grows equity in the process of creating change.
